This 5-day Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Yellow Belt workshop serves to provide participants with the knowledge and tools to perform the role of a LSS Yellow Belt. The LSS Yellow Belt training materials are comprehensive and include the phases of the LSS body of knowledge covering the background and history of LSS as well as the Define, Measure and Control phases of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) process. This course is ideal for those who wish to understand the basics of LSS as well as gain useful statistical and business tools associated with the Define, Measure and Control phases of the DMAIC process.

Lean Six Sigma is a business management philosophy, which aims to improve effectiveness and efficiency, at the same time, in order to improve customer experience.
