This popular 4-day track provides participants with a comprehensive toolkit for effectively analyzing data in financial and related industries.

It is appropriate for members of a problem solving team, those leading and facilitating process improvement activities such as Lean Six Sigma, and practitioners preparing to adopt process improvement in their service organization.

Learn the data analysis techniques necessary to assess if processes are on target, explore relationships between variables, and minimize defects using metrics such as time, ratings and revenue.   • DAYS 1-2 Minitab Essentials for Service Quality

    In this 2-day foundational course you will learn to minimize the time required for data analysis by using Minitab to import data, develop sound statistical approaches to exploring data, create and interpret compelling graphs, and export results. Analyze a variety of real world data sets to learn how to align your applications with the right statistical tool, and interpret statistical output to reveal problems with a process or evidence of an improvement. Learn the fundamentals of important statistical concepts, such as hypothesis testing and confidence intervals, and how to uncover and describe relationships between variables with statistical modeling tools.

    This course places a strong emphasis on making sound decisions based upon the practical application of statistical techniques commonly used in business, transactional, and services processes.

    Expand your set of available statistical tools by analyzing data from real world problems experienced in service industries. Strengthen analysis skills with tools used to explore and describe relationships between variables. Learn to discover and describe features in data related to the effect and impact of time, and how to forecast future process behavior.

    Utilize graphical and quantitative approaches to describe similarities and differences between the effects of various factors on important quality characteristics. Learn how to find and quantify the effect that factors have on the probability of a critical event occurring.

  • DAY 4 Statistical Quality Analysis for Service Quality

    Develop the necessary skills to successfully evaluate and certify your measurement systems. Learn the basic fundamentals of statistical process control and how these important quality tools can provide the necessary evidence to improve and control your processes. Develop the skills to know when and where to use the various types of control charts available in Minitab. Learn how to utilize important capability analysis tools to evaluate your processes relative to internal and customer specifications.

    The course emphasizes the teaching of quality tools as they pertain to service industries.

    • Attribute Agreement for Binary, Nominal, and Ordinal Data
    • Kappa and Kendall’s Coefficients

Opis programa i ciljevi

Lean Six sigma je sistem poslovnog unapređenja i kompanijske uprave koji se može primeniti na sve grane poslovanja, kao i na sve veličine kompanija ili njihove pojedinačne odseke.
Metodologija Six Sigma (6σ) predstavlja sktrukturiran način pristupa s ciljem smanjenja defektnih proizvoda i usluga, poboljšanja procesa i smanjenja troškova.
Kroz svoju metodologiju koristi se nizom isprobanih i savremenih alatki iz oblasti Statistike, TQM (Total Quality Management) i Lean Management. Primenjuje se, uz zavidne rezultate duže od dve decenije u kompanijama (industrijskim kao i pružaocima usluga) koje se smatraju vodećim u svojim oblastima.

Cilj petodnevnog seminara je, da se polaznicima kroz kombinaciju prezentacija, praktičnih vežbi i studija slučaja, predstavi metodologija pristupa DMAIC kao i pojedinačne alatke za rad.

Učesnici seminara Lean Six sigma Yellow belt (Žuti pojas) će imati priliku da po završetku seminara polože ispit (na engleskom jeziku) kod međunarodnog sertifikacionog tela IASSC kako bi stekli Sertifikat Six sigma Yellow belt (žutog pojasa prvog nivoa).

Dan 1. i 2. Faza Određivanja – Prepoznavanje i raščišćavanje problema
Karakteristike Metodologije “6 σίγμα”, odogovornost i uloga menadžmenta, kompanijska kultura, primena metodologije i način odabira ispravnih programa unapređenja.

Dan 3. Osnove uštede ( 5s & 8 otpada) – Pojednostavljena proizvodnja

Šta je pojednostavljena poizvodnja, vrednost i gubici, utvrđivanje gubitaka u proizvodnji, metodologija VSM, smanjujući gubitke, predstavljanje alata.

Dan 4. Faza merenja – Utvrđivanje

Programiranje i merenje rezultata u odnosu na očekivanja i zahteve klijenata. Razvoj osnovnog sistema mera za utvrđivanje nedostataka i prepoznavanje prilika za unapređenje.

Dan 5. – Faza kontrole – Kontrola
Statistička kontrola, predstavljanje alatki koje pomažu pri statističkom određivanju unapređenja procesa, utvrđivanje mera procesa, stvaranje plana za upravljanje i kontrolu procesa.

The IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Exam™ is a 60 question, closed book, proctored exam with a 2 hour allotted time. The Exam contains multiple-choice and true/false questions from each section of the IASSC Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Body of Knowledge.
In order to achieve the professional designation of IASSC Certified Yellow Belt (IASSC-CYB™) from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification, candidates must sit for the IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Exam and achieve a minimum score of 230 points out of a total potential of 300 points.
  • Upon successful achievement, Professionals will receive IASSC Yellow Belt Certification issued by the International Association for Six Sigma Certification™, the only independent third-party Certification Association within the Lean Six Sigma Industry.
  • IASSC Certification is recognized perpetually. In accordance with the IASSC Recertification Policy, effective March 1, 2017, a classification system recognizes certifications as “Current” for a period of three years and defines regulations for maintaining such Status.
  • An IASSC Certified Yellow Belt is issued a Certificate (Electronic or Hard Copy) along with a Certification Number, added to the Official IASSC Certification Register and granted the right to use the IASSC Certification Marks and Titles; as professional designation which may be used in resumes and public profiles such as LinkedIn, consistent with the IASSC Marks Use Policy.

    IASSC Recertification Yellow Belt Exam is a 30 question, closed book, proctored exam with a 1 hour allotted time. The Exam contains approximately 10 multiple-choice and true/false questions from each major section of the IASSC Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Body of Knowledge. In order to successfully achieve Recertification Professionals must achieve a minimum score point equivalency of 70%.
    Recertification Exams must be conducted prior to the date of Elapse or no longer than 90 days after an Elapsed status has been applied to the Certification. The IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Exam™ is a 60 question, closed book, proctored exam with a 2 hour allotted time. The Exam contains multiple-choice and true/false questions from each section of the IASSC Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Body of Knowledge.
In order to achieve the professional designation of IASSC Certified Yellow Belt (IASSC-CYB™) from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification, candidates must sit for the IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Exam and achieve a minimum score of 230 points out of a total potential of 300 points.
  • Upon successful achievement, Professionals will receive IASSC Yellow Belt Certification issued by the International Association for Six Sigma Certification™, the only independent third-party Certification Association within the Lean Six Sigma Industry.
  • IASSC Certification is recognized perpetually. In accordance with the IASSC Recertification Policy, effective March 1, 2017, a classification system recognizes certifications as “Current” for a period of three years and defines regulations for maintaining such Status.
  • An IASSC Certified Yellow Belt is issued a Certificate (Electronic or Hard Copy) along with a Certification Number, added to the Official IASSC Certification Register and granted the right to use the IASSC Certification Marks and Titles; as professional designation which may be used in resumes and public profiles such as LinkedIn, consistent with the IASSC Marks Use Policy.

    IASSC Recertification Yellow Belt Exam is a 30 question, closed book, proctored exam with a 1 hour allotted time. The Exam contains approximately 10 multiple-choice and true/false questions from each major section of the IASSC Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Body of Knowledge. In order to successfully achieve Recertification Professionals must achieve a minimum score point equivalency of 70%.
    Recertification Exams must be conducted prior to the date of Elapse or no longer than 90 days after an Elapsed status has been applied to the Certification.
