Greece Lean Six Sigma

At Greece Lean Six Sigma, we are dedicated to delivering high-impact, non-formal education and professional training services in Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, and Digital Transformation. Our approach is grounded in transparency, learner-centric design, and measurable outcomes, in alignment with ISO 29993:2017.

Policy Objectives

  1. Clarity and Transparency in Learning Services
We ensure all our learning programs clearly communicate:
    • Learning objectives and expected outcomes
    • Admission criteria and learner prerequisites
    • Duration, delivery method (e.g., online, hybrid), and language
    • Certification or assessment conditions
  2. Learner Engagement and Support
We design and deliver training that actively engages learners, fosters collaboration, and supports different learning styles. We provide:
    • Pre-course information and technical assistance
    • Facilitator-led interactions and real-time feedback
    • Post-training resources and community follow-up (e.g., LinkedIn group, Slack, etc.)
  3. Trainer and Facilitator Qualification
Our facilitators are certified experts with both subject matter expertise and teaching experience. We evaluate and support their continuous development and alignment with our instructional quality standards.
  4. Result-Oriented Learning
We design training based on outcomes. We evaluate performance through:
    • Pre/post assessments
    • Real-life application exercises (e.g., case studies, simulations)
    • Course feedback and satisfaction surveys
    • Certification assessments where applicable
  5. Improvement through Feedback and Data
We systematically analyze learner feedback and assessment data to enhance our offerings. We apply continuous improvement practices such as Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) to our educational service design.
  6. Inclusiveness and Accessibility
We are committed to providing equitable access to learning, including:
    • Multilingual material options (Greek, English, Spanish)
    • Support for learners with disabilities
    • Flexible schedules for working professionals
