Greece Lean Six Sigma – Inclusive Education Statement

Purpose

At Greece Lean Six Sigma, we are committed to creating an inclusive, accessible, and empowering learning environment that supports the needs of all participants, including those who are neurodivergent—such as individuals with ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other cognitive differences.

This policy outlines the principles, practices, and support mechanisms we implement to ensure that our training is neurodiversity-affirming and designed around Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles.

Guiding Principles

  1. Respect for Neurodiverse Learning Styles
We recognize that neurodiversity enriches learning environments. We celebrate diverse ways of thinking, learning, and expressing ideas.
  2. Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
All courses are structured to offer:
    • Multiple formats for content (text, audio, visual, video)
    • Flexible assessment options
    • Clear structure, timelines, and learning outcomes
  3. Accessibility First
Our platforms and materials follow WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and support screen readers, keyboard navigation, and dyslexia-friendly formats.
