Greece Lean Six Sigma
(Compliant with ISO 21001:2018 – Educational Organizations Management System)

At Greece Lean Six Sigma, we are committed to delivering high-quality, learner-centered education and training that promotes professional competence, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. As an educational organization, we recognize our responsibility to ensure inclusive, relevant, and effective learning experiences aligned with international standards and stakeholder expectations.

This policy forms the foundation of our Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS) and reflects our alignment with the principles of ISO 21001:2018.

Our Educational Commitments

  1. Learner-Centered Approach
We place learners at the core of our educational mission. We tailor our programs to meet the evolving needs of professionals in industry sectors such as manufacturing, hospitality, logistics, and services. We recognize and accommodate diverse learning styles, languages, and levels of prior knowledge.
  2. Alignment with Competency Frameworks and Industry Standards
Our training programs are aligned with internationally recognized certification schemes (e.g., IASSC, ILSSI, PECB, DASA) and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13053, and ISO 18404. We strive to ensure that learners acquire practical, transferable, and industry-relevant competencies.
  3. Accessible, Equitable, and Inclusive Education
We are committed to promoting equal opportunities for all learners, regardless of gender, nationality, disability, or socio-economic background. We design learning interventions that are inclusive and accessible both online and in-person.
  4. Engagement of Interested Parties
We actively engage with stakeholders—learners, employers, certification bodies, academic institutions, and society at large—to understand expectations and enhance the relevance of our educational services.
  5. Evidence-Based Learning and Continual Improvement
We base our course development, delivery, and evaluation on objective evidence and feedback. Our instructional design is grounded in adult learning principles, and our programs are continuously improved through data analysis, reviews, and audits.
  6. Qualified Trainers and Ethical Conduct
Our trainers, coaches, and assessors are selected based on their qualifications, experience, and commitment to our Code of Ethics. We ensure continuous professional development and adherence to instructional excellence.
  7. Sustainability and Social Responsibility in Education
We integrate Lean thinking and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into our curriculum and operations, aiming to promote responsible education and systemic transformation.
