This workshop delves into the Global 8D Problem Solving method, going beyond the basics of report writing. Participants will learn how to assess existing data, identify gaps, and gather necessary information to address and resolve problems effectively. The course emphasizes the application of analytical methods to improve problem-solving skills, encouraging a proactive approach to quality management.

The course will be taught in Greek, while all training materials will be provided in English.
Participants will receive a certificate and a digital badge upon successful completion of the program.
The cost for tuition is €450.00, with the option to pay in three monthly instalments.

To receive the certificate, full payment of the tuition fees is required.
To validate the discounts selected in the registration form, participants must send the relevant documentation in original or certified copy to the administrative support department promptly before the start of the chosen program. If the documentation is not sent on time or if the validity of the submitted documents is not confirmed, Greece Lean Six Sigma reserves the right to revoke the granted discount and demand any resulting monetary difference.
Greece Lean Six Sigma reserves the right to change the percentages of discounts and other offers on the original tuition prices at any time during the current academic cycle without prior notice. Any changes will not affect those already registered.

If the maximum number of participants for the seminar has been reached, the participant will be informed about the next available seminar date.
Greece Lean Six Sigma reserves the right to postpone, change the instructor, or cancel the seminar. You will be informed promptly by the organization of any changes. In case of cancellation of the training program, the amounts paid will be refunded to the participants.
Special attention should be given to filling out the tax details, as these will be used to issue the relevant invoice/receipt.
