1. Purpose

4. Implementation

  • Leadership: The CEO is responsible for ensuring this policy is implemented and continuously improved.
  • Partnerships: We collaborate with organizations that share our values of equality and inclusion.
  • Monitoring: We will track progress through participant feedback, gender-disaggregated data in training programs, and transparent communication.

5. Review

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant and aligned with the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) and UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 5: Gender Equality).
