Purpose
At Greece Lean Six Sigma, we are committed to creating an inclusive, accessible, and empowering learning environment that supports the needs of all participants, including those who are neurodivergent—such as individuals with ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other cognitive differences.
This policy outlines the principles, practices, and support mechanisms we implement to ensure that our training is neurodiversity-affirming and designed around Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles.

Our platforms and materials follow WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and support screen readers, keyboard navigation, and dyslexia-friendly formats.

- Course Materials
- Plain language and minimal jargon
- Slides with high-contrast color palettes and dyslexia-friendly fonts
- Downloadable transcripts and captioned video content
- Delivery & Participation
- Modular content with built-in breaks
- Camera/microphone optional in live sessions
- Focus-friendly environments with minimal distractions
- Anonymous participation tools (polls, chat, Mentimeter)
- Assessment & Evaluation
- Extra time or flexible deadlines upon request
- Oral, visual, or project-based assessments available
- Retakes allowed without penalty
Support Mechanisms

Participants may request accommodations confidentially at any time by emailing info@greeceleansixsigma.gr. - Trainer Awareness
All facilitators receive guidance on inclusive teaching practices and how to support neurodiverse learners with empathy, discretion, and flexibility.
Continuous Feedback Loop
Participants are encouraged to share feedback on accessibility and learning experience via our anonymous feedback form, helping us improve continuously.
Review & Responsibility
This policy is reviewed annually and is the responsibility of the Training & Curriculum Director.
