These procedures ensure that learners experience a consistent, engaging, and effective learning journey, whether through live online sessions, blended programs, or self-paced modules.

Learning Approach and Principles

1. Course Design and Approval

All training courses are designed based on:

A defined curriculum framework (learning objectives, modules, expected outcomes)

Alignment with certification requirements (e.g., PECB, ILSSI, DASA)

ISO-aligned templates and materials (SIPOC, DMAIC, MSA, SPC, etc.)

Each new course is reviewed and approved by our Academic Board prior to launch.
2. Trainer Selection and Assignment

Trainers must meet minimum qualifications based on course level:

Green/Black Belt: Certified Master Black Belt + Teaching Experience

PECB Courses: Certified Trainer status by the awarding body

Trainers are assigned based on subject matter expertise, delivery language, and availability.

Trainer performance is evaluated after each session through structured learner feedback.
3. Scheduling and Communication

Course schedules are published on our website and social media at least 4–6 weeks in advance.

Learners receive:

Confirmation email with joining instructions

Pre-course reading material (PDF, video links, or Miro boards)

Calendar invites and Slack/Google Chat access (if applicable)
