1. Purpose and Scope
At Greece Lean Six Sigma (GLSS), training and delivery are governed through structured, standardised procedures that ensure consistency, quality, accessibility, and measurable learning outcomes across all modes of delivery.
These procedures apply to all non-formal education and professional learning services, including:

They form an integral part of our Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) and Learning Services Management Framework, aligned with international standards and accreditation requirements.
2. Learning Approach and Design Principles
All GLSS training programmes are designed and delivered according to the following principles:

Standards alignment, including ISO 13053 (DMAIC) and ISO 18404 (competence) where applicable

3. Course Design and Approval
3.1 Course Development
All training courses are developed using a structured curriculum framework that includes:

Training content uses ISO-aligned methodologies and tools (e.g. SIPOC, DMAIC, MSA, SPC, KPI frameworks), adapted to sector and audience.
3.2 Approval Process

Each new or substantially revised course is reviewed prior to delivery

Review criteria include relevance, alignment with standards, learning outcomes, and delivery feasibility

Approved courses are assigned a version number and effective date

All materials are maintained under document and version control
4. Trainer Selection, Qualification, and Assignment
4.1 Trainer Qualification
Trainers, coaches, and assessors must meet defined qualification criteria based on programme type:

Lean Six Sigma Programmes: Certified Master Black Belt with documented teaching and project experience

Certification-Aligned Courses: Valid trainer authorization where required by the awarding body

Leadership & Executive Programmes: Proven senior-level professional and coaching experience
All trainers must adhere to the GLSS Code of Ethics and Conduct.
4.2 Assignment and Monitoring
Trainer assignment is based on:

5. Scheduling and Learner Communication
