You design and deliver training that builds real capability, on-site, online or hybrid.
What you will do
- Delivering Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Agile or Project Management programmes
- Turning complex methods into clear, usable knowledge

Improvement and transformation projects
You take part in diagnostics, process improvement and Lean deployment in manufacturing, hospitality, logistics and services.
What you will do
- OpEx Health Check diagnostics and value stream mapping
- DMAIC, Kaizen and Lean Service Excellence projects
- Coaching project teams and measuring results
What we look for
- Experience in improvement projects with measurable results
- Black Belt certification or equivalent experience
- Comfort with data, KPIs and statistical tools

Training Operations & Client Success Coordinator
Programme operations and client experience
You are the hub that makes every programme run smoothly, from enrolment to certification and feedback.
What you will do
- Scheduling programmes, enrolments and participant communication
- Managing e-learning platforms, exams and certificates
- Collecting feedback, tracking satisfaction and following up with clients
What we look for
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent Greek and English
- Familiarity with Moodle, WooCommerce or a CRM is a plus
Format: Part-time or full-time, hybrid
Marketing & Administrative Support
Content, social media, back office
You help our knowledge reach more people and keep the back office running well.
What you will do
- Content for LinkedIn, the newsletter and the website
- Support for SEO, webinars and events
- Administrative support, quotations and invoices

- Good written communication in Greek and English
- Experience in social media or administration
- Digital confidence and autonomy

Internships
For students and recent graduates
You learn Lean Six Sigma in practice, alongside a Master Black Belt, on real projects.

Frequently asked questions
What qualifications do I need to become a GLSS trainer?
To train adults in Lean Six Sigma programmes you need, as a minimum, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with documented project experience. To train adults in Project Management, Agile and Change Management you need the relevant certifications from internationally recognised bodies.
Are there roles other than trainers?
Yes. We are looking for OpEx consultants, a Training Operations & Client Success Coordinator, marketing and administrative support, interns and associates in Greece, Cyprus and Europe.
Is it a full-time role?
Not necessarily. We select our trainers per project, based on their expertise. Our trainers work per programme, on-site, online or hybrid. Support roles can be part-time or full-time.
Do you offer internships?
Yes, for students and recent graduates, with mentoring from a Master Black Belt on real projects.
