1. Purpose

At Greece Lean Six Sigma, we recognize that gender equality, diversity, and inclusion are fundamental enablers of sustainable excellence in education, consulting, and organizational transformation.

This Policy sets out our commitment to:

This Policy applies to:

  • the Founder and Management of Greece Lean Six Sigma,
  • all collaborators, external partners, trainers, assessors, coaches, and contractors,
  • all participants in training programs,
  • clients, organizations, and other interested parties involved in GLSS projects and activities.

Leadership Responsibility

The Founder & Managing Director of GLSS holds ultimate responsibility for:

  • implementing,
  • monitoring,
  • and continuously improving this Policy.

Partnerships

GLSS collaborates only with organizations and professionals who share our values of equality, inclusion, and ethical conduct.

Monitoring and Evaluation

Progress is monitored through:

  • participant feedback,
  • gender-disaggregated training data where applicable,
  • internal reviews and transparent communication practices.

5. Review and Alignment

This Policy:

  • is reviewed annually,
  • forms part of the GLSS ESG and governance framework,
  • is aligned with:
    • the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs),
    • the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 5 – Gender Equality),
    • the principles of ISO 21001:2018 and ISO 26000.
