AI for Operational Excellence (English)
A practical 16-hour programme on using AI in every DMAIC phase, safely and with measurable results. Method first, tools second. We work on your own processes. Taught in English, Live Online, for participants from Greece, Cyprus and Europe.

- Finding causes with Ishikawa and 5 Why
- Analysing text, comments and complaints

Module 3: Improve and Control with AI (4 hours)
- Solution ideas and evaluation
- Standard work, work instructions and training material
- KPI tracking and control plan
Module 4: Governance and implementation plan (4 hours)
- Risks, data protection and usage rules
- Where AI adds value and where it does not
- A 30-day plan for one of your own processes
Tools
Mainstream tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot. We adapt to what your organisation already uses.
