Not necessarily. Black Belt Manufacturing and Services start from scratch. With Green Belt you can take the 50-hour upgrade.
Is the project mandatory?
Yes. In every Black Belt programme you work on a classroom or real project, with instructor support.
Can it run in-house?
Yes, with projects from your own organisation, on-site or online.
