For groups of six or more employees, Greece Lean Six Sigma can design tailored Lean Manufacturing training built around the organisation's processes, goals and needs, in Greece, Cyprus and across Europe.
Training can be combined with Gemba Walks, Kaizen workshops, OEE improvement, SMED, Value Stream Mapping and Project Coaching.
GLSS also supports organisations in the strategic development and deployment of Lean and Operational Excellence programmes.

The International Lean Six Sigma Institute is a body that provides professional Lean and Lean Six Sigma certifications. Its related options include Certified Lean Practitioner and Certified Lean Leader.
PeopleCert offers the IASSC Lean Practitioner, Lean Leader and Lean Expert certification series. Each level has its own exam requirements.
It is the partnership of SME, AME and the Shingo Institute for professional Lean certifications. The levels are Bronze, Silver and Gold and they assess both knowledge and applied experience.
The choice depends on your professional goals, level of knowledge, project experience, employer requirements, cost and the rules of each body. No single certification suits everyone.
