5S & Visual Workplace Workshop

What it is

5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain) is the foundation of every Lean implementation. It reduces searching, errors and risks, and creates a workplace where deviation from standard is visible.

The workshop is practical: after a short theory session, the team applies 5S in a pilot area, physical or digital, and designs how to sustain it.
