What it is

SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) is a Lean method for reducing changeover time. It separates work done with the machine stopped from work that can be done while it runs, and simplifies both.

In the workshop we film and analyse a real changeover on one of your lines, design the new procedure and test it.
