A Greece Lean Six Sigma policy in the “Information Security, Privacy & Digital Governance” area. It applies to all training, certification and consulting activities in Greece, Cyprus and Europe.
Greece Lean Six Sigma (GLSS)
(Operational Excellence Training, Certification & Consulting)
Greece Lean Six Sigma (GLSS) uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to improve the quality, accessibility and effectiveness of training and consulting. This policy sets out how we do so responsibly, transparently and under human oversight.
The policy is aligned with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on Artificial Intelligence (AI Act), the GDPR and the principles of ISO/IEC 42001 for AI management systems. Alignment does not mean certification.
It applies to all GLSS training, certification and consulting activities in Greece, Cyprus and Europe, and to trainers and partners working on our behalf.
All AI-generated content is reviewed by an experienced trainer or consultant before use. No assessment, grade or certification decision is made by AI. Final judgement is always human.
We tell learners and clients when they are using an AI tool, what it is for and what its limits are. Answers from a digital assistant do not replace the trainer.
We check content for errors, outdated information and bias. Statistical results are verified with recognised analysis tools.
In line with Article 4 of the AI Act, our trainers and partners are trained in the correct, safe and ethical use of AI and in its risks.
We respect third-party rights. We do not use AI to reproduce protected material, images or logos.
If you notice an error, bias or concern about the use of AI by GLSS, contact info@greeceleansixsigma.gr. Every report is handled under our Complaints & Appeals Policy.
This policy is reviewed annually, or sooner when legislation, standards or the tools we use change.
