Structured Problem Solving: A3, 8D & PDCA

When the same problem returns for the third time, the issue is not effort, it is method. In two practical days, your teams learn to define problems precisely, find root causes with evidence, and close them for good with A3, 8D and PDCA.

  • 2 days
  • Real problems from your site
  • Customer-ready 8D reports

Built for teams who…

Fight the same fires

Firefighting fills the day, and the same defects or complaints come back every month.

Answer to demanding customers

Automotive, industrial or corporate customers expect a structured 8D response within days.

Need a common language

Questions we are often asked

How is this different from Yellow Belt?

It is shorter and focused entirely on problem solving. Yellow Belt covers the wider Lean Six Sigma method and process improvement.

Can we use our own problems?

Yes, and we recommend it. We agree a short list with you before the course and handle it confidentially.

Does it meet IATF 16949 customer expectations?

The 8D content follows common industry practice used by automotive suppliers. Specific customer formats can be added on request.
