Victoria Tsolidou, Founder, Senior Trainer & Coach of Greece Lean Six Sigma, served for a second consecutive year on the Judging Committee of the DevOps & Agile Awards 2025, organised by Boussias Events under the motto “Innovation in Motion, Collaboration in Action!”.
The Judging Committee was chaired by Dr. Panos Fitsilis, Professor at the University of Thessaly.
The awards ceremony
The awards were presented on Tuesday 16 September 2025 at Anassa City Events, as part of the BITE Awards ceremony. They recognised organisations and teams that use DevOps and Agile practices to deliver value faster, with better collaboration and higher quality.
What we looked for in the entries
The evaluation focused on real results, not only on the adoption of methods:
- measurable improvement in lead time, quality and customer satisfaction,
- collaboration across development, operations and the business,
- a culture of continuous improvement that lasts.
Lean, Agile and DevOps: a common foundation
Agile and DevOps are rooted in Lean principles: flow of value, less waste, fast feedback and respect for people. With more than 25 years of experience in operational excellence, Victoria assessed the entries through this lens: how well the organisation has turned practices into a system that delivers.
“The best entries did not talk about tools. They talked about teams that solve problems together and measure the result.”
